Kamello orders are typically shipped within 3-4 business days. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to carrier delays or unforeseeable events, such as inclement weather.
Due to health and safety reasons, we’re currently not accepting any returns or offering refunds. That said, we want you to love your product! If you have any questions or concerns about your order, drop us a line at hello@drinkkamello.com and we will make it right.
Welcome to Kamello These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, online stores, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Kamello Inc. (“Kamello” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by them as well as our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to purchase products through our Services. Minors may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are not final until payment is received and confirmed.
Prices, Payments, and Billing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes, shipping, or handling unless stated otherwise.
By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and authorize us (or our third-party payment provider) to charge the full order amount.
Promotions, discounts, or offers may change at any time and may be subject to additional terms.
Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the stated frequency (for example, monthly) until canceled. Your payment method will be charged the then-current price, plus taxes and shipping, at each renewal.
To comply with California’s Auto-Renewal Law, which we apply to all U.S. customers:
Renewal terms, charges, and frequency are disclosed clearly before checkout.
You must affirmatively consent to auto-renewal, such as by checking a box at checkout.
After purchase, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing the renewal terms and cancellation process.
You may cancel your subscription entirely online at any time by logging into your account and selecting “Cancel Subscription.”
For prepaid plans of twelve months or longer, we will send a renewal reminder notice before your subscription renews.
All subscription purchases, like all Kamello orders, are subject to our Refunds & Returns policy.
Refunds and Returns
For health and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any order, including subscriptions, except where required by law.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@drinkkamello.com within seven days of delivery so we can review and assist.
Shipping and Risk of Loss
Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you once products are delivered to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Health Disclaimer
Statements about Kamello products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Content provided on our website or Services is for informational purposes only and not a substitute for professional medical advice.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kamello and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act.
You and Kamello agree to bring claims only on an individual basis. Class actions, consolidated actions, or representative proceedings are not permitted.

You may pursue qualifying claims in small claims court in your county of residence.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Unless otherwise required by arbitration, disputes must be brought exclusively in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website with effective dates. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
